Lee Lambert
Founder
I was my father’s caregiver for 15 years. He had Alzheimer’s disease. I was lost the whole time, overwhelmed, grief-stricken and just trying to keep my head above water.
It was only afterward, when I began to write about what had happened, that I was able to transform my grief into new meaning and purpose. It became my single focus to make sure that no one else would have to go through what I went through.
I began to develop an entire system for other caregivers to know what to do and when to do it.
My Mission...
...is for you to turn what is so often a devastating nightmare, into a legacy that you and your family can be proud of. No regrets.

Be ready to go when the emergency strikes. Pack your bags (yours and your loved one's) and be ready at a moment's notice to go.
While in the Hospital
Hospitals are often understaffed. This module will help you be prepared for what you'll need to do to assure your loved one gets proper care.
After Hospital Discharge
This is one of the most important times to be present. The hospital will go over exactly what to do based on your loved one’s condition and their new needs. What will be required?
Planning

This is your chance to get and stay ahead of your loved one’s decline. Planning forward allows you to be Option Ready for anything that happens as your loved one declines.
